Girls on The Run Long Island needs an additional volunteer coach at Unqua Elementary in Massapequa on Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:20-4:45 PM. There are 16 practices total and season concludes with 5K celebration at Eisenhower Park on 11/24. No running or coaching experience needed! Season begins March 11 & please sign up for coach training at gotrlongisland.org/coach.

A physical activity-based program for girls in grades 3-5 to provide tools to help the grow physically and emotionally over the course of the 10 week curriculum. The program culminates with the girls being prepared to run a 5K.
