Our members and volunteers are key to organizational success. We are seeking a people and process person with experience or the aptitude to work effectively with creatives and artists.

Must be organized, energized and be ready-to-go.

Primary duties include:

• Develop innovative opportunities for members and volunteer service within the organization.
• Assist Founder/Chief Creative to update member/volunteer policies and procedures, including volunteer forms, volunteer position descriptions, volunteer handbook and code of conduct.
• Create volunteer orientation materials and work with executive leadership and program staff to develop and administer program-specific volunteer training materials
• Recruit, screen, orient and match volunteers (both professional and non-professional) with appropriate opportunities.
