Need help with our Shine Surf and Turf Fundraiser event weekend 11/6-11/7

Hello Community.
The Shine Project Foundation 501c3 will be hosting its annual Surf and Turf Charity Fundraiser on Nov. 6-7. This is our first time we will be hosting a golf tournament and surf contest. It will also include a private after party and awards event. The money raised will help us with our vision of bridging the gap between special needs families and their communities by continuing to provide free enrichment events for children with special needs and also create inclusive opportunities with in their communities.
The golf tournament will be at St. Mark's Golf course in San Marcos from 12-4pm and the surf contest will be tentatively at Tamarack State Beach 7-2pm in Carlsbad. The after party will be JS Industries in Oceanside that Saturday at 5:30- 8:30pm. The awards event will be at Senor Grubby's in Carlsbad 5-7pm. We are in need of volunteers to help with the following. We will have a separate sign up for volunteering at the events.
1. Finding a event sponsor/s to cover the entire or some of the financial expense of the charity events.
2. Finding Food sponsors for after party (business in Oceanside preferred)
3. Finding Alcohol sponsor to be at a hole during the golf tournament and after party (beer or wine for party only)
4. Finding donations for raffle and awards/prizes for our winners of the golf tournament and surf contest
For your time and help, you will be able to attend our afterparty, receive food and drinks, get a raffle ticket, and Shine gift.

The Shine Project Foundation's mission is to bridge the gap between families with children with special needs and local communities by partnering with businesses and organizations to develop and provide special events like the Beach Fun Day, extracurricular specially designed inclusive classes and camps, vocational programs for transitioning teens and adults with special needs, and resources for theses families in need in the North County Coastal San Diego area.
Description
Our organization was founded by a special education teacher and dual language immersion with a passion for helping children with special needs. Our goal is to provide access to opportunities that will enhance their quality of life and well-being. We also want to build awareness for all children with special needs by collaborating with local communities.
