To form a team that will create and implement a strategic plan to develop an approach to:

- Acquire and manage real estate as a service where every homeless youth gets a home with no waiting lists.
- Finding solutions that work as if they are our own biological children.
- Allowing the wealth in the market to come into a nonprofit and make money for social good to become self reliant.

Mission Statement

To inspire communities to join us in taking bold action to prevent and end youth homelessness.

Description

The Company shall be formed as a non-profit 501c3 corporation under Florida law and headquartered in Osceola County, Florida with partnerships across the country. Housing homeless youth requires homeless youth projects to navigate the real estate market successfully and this is what we strive to do for our youth, our landlords, our investors and our community partners.

Nestiva is strategic, collaborative & aggressive in identifying properties, securing capital investments and closing real estate deals to offer housing options to young people when and where they need it the most. Whether its in scattered-site housing in a community or multi-family housing complexes, or acquiring and developing land, Nestiva provides the leadership necessary to coordinate community stakeholders in one table so projects can provide youth people with sufficient housing options that meet their needs.
