We are a broad coalition in the Greater Hollywood/East Hollywood area of LA working on solutions to address homelessness and WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Are you an experienced grant writer with interest in helping people who are unsheltered in the Greater Hollywood Area? We’re looking for a volunteer Grant Writer for Hollywood 4WRD to assist our organization with researching, writing, and securing grants.
The Grant Writer will:
- Research foundations/alternative sources of funding
- Call foundations to learn more about grant application process
- Lead the grant writing process with support from the Executive Director and assist with writing/proofreading grant proposals

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18
- We're looking for a commitment of about 2 hours a week. Work can be conducted entirely remotely.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Experience in writing effective grant applications and ability to manage the entire grant process from identification of possible grant opportunity to receipt of funds. Any equivalent combination OK.
