- We are looking for a Research Analyst to bring data and metrics closer to the team that will help to support the TFYP's mission.
* Work with the program manager to support research efforts into topics selected
* Provide enriched insights and inputs into identified areas
* Information gathering utilizing a full broad range of channels
* Strong creative, analytical, and critical thinking skills applied to finding solutions to current problems and request
* Contributing to multiple research projects at once
* Communicating with the program director and internal team about research results
* Working with data engineers to construct and maintain databases
* Identifying new resources companies can use to reach their goals
* Other tasks as assigned
* have a clear understanding and commitment to TFYP’s mission and values
* 3+ years of experience (either educational professional) in the tech industry
* 3+ years of experence in qualitative research and analysis
* 3+ years of experience involving compiling and organizing research results
* Team-oriented individual who is willing to take initiative
* Able to work with autonomy without much supervision
