We are looking for a friendly face to help us out in the office! Gain some experience by only donating a couple hours of your time a week! We are ideally looking for someone Thursday mornings and any other day or time of the week.
Some duties might include assist with assigned tasks, such as, but not limited to:
-Answering telephone calls, taking messages, transferring calls, or making calls for staff members
-Organizing and compiling admission packets
-Copying and filing
-Sending, receiving, and distributing faxes
-Assembling Volunteer Orientation manuals and in-service packets
-Performing Tuck In/ Check In calls with patients on Thursday mornings before the weekends/holidays
