Friend in Me is a non-profit organization that pairs kids with disabilities with student volunteer buddies for online games and conversations via Zoom on a weekly basis. We offer several sessions per week with each session lasting half an hour. Volunteers may sign up for the times that work for them and they can change their availability every week--there is no commitment or obligation to a particular time. We pair kids together based on age, interests and compatibility and are always open to making changes to find the right fit.

Please note that volunteers must be between the ages of 8 and 18 and can be from any time zone or area in the country. We sign off on community service hours for your school if needed.

Description

Friend in Me has been in operation since 2020. We have served hundreds of kids through this program and are always looking for great volunteers! Volunteers can be located anywhere in the United States and must be between the ages of 8 and 18. No experience required--just a desire to help and have fun! Community service credit is available for this activity.
