Do you like veggies? Want to learn more about local farming in the greater Boston area? We welcome you to try out Worksharing at Brookwood Community Farm's stall at the Roslindale Farmers' Market!
Workshares can pick either the morning shift from 7-11am or the afternoon shift from 11am-3pm for each week they sign up. The Market itself runs from 9-1:30 on Saturdays through the end of November! Morning workshares will help us unload, set up, restock, and answer customer questions. Afternoon workshares will help restock, answer questions, and pack up. During each shift you can pick a CSA share's worth of produce (roughly $30 in value) from the veggies we bring to market that week.
In terms of COVID safety, the Roslindale Market currently doesn't enforce social distancing or masks but at Brookwood we are wearing masks and try to keep distance from customers as much as possible.
Feel free to sign up for shifts at this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409054EA9AB28A75-20214
And don't hesitate to email if you have any questions.
