TUCK-IN Calls
Do you remember a time when your parent's tucked you into bed? Maybe you talked about your day, asked questions, and it gave you peace of mind?
At Charter Healthcare San Antonio, we believe in exceptional care for our patients. During weekly tuck in calls, we generate a conversation with patients and their families to establish a one of a kind relationship. We aren't physically tucking our patients in at night, but we are calling them before the weekend rolls around? Supplies? Check! Medication? Check! Any other concerns we need to be made aware of?
