INSPIRE by L.E.S.U.R.E., Inc. is seeking servant leaders who 1) have a passion for inspiring and equipping today’s youth and their families, 2) are well-connected with personal and/or professional networks and resources that will support our mission, and 3) demonstrate strategic leadership potential. Ideal candidates to serve on our Board of Directors have a heart for supporting youth development and the strengthening of families using their "S.H.A.P.E. (skills, heart, abilities, personality, and/or experiences). Prior nonprofit board member experience or formal board training is not required, though may be factored into the consideration of all candidates.

To inspire and equip today’s youth and their families, through Love, Empowerment, Strengthening, Unity, Resources, & Exposure (L.E.S.U.R.E.), to fully serve the purposes they were created to. Our outreach builds up opportunities that encourages others to live courageously through faith and grace.
Description
Our vision is to create environments that promote individual growth, self-confidence, love for self and others, creativity, and a thirst for knowledge and experiences that will enhance their unique gifts along their journeys.
These seven (7) program pillars specifically serve youth who might lack the parental and/or community support important for training them up in the way they should go, who are without the appropriate structure necessary to perform at their fullest potential, and/or are at risk of being/have become subject to juvenile delinquency.
