Adopt a Section of the Butterfly Garden!

Keep North Charleston Beautiful is looking for volunteer groups to adopt a section of a butterfly garden in North Charleston.

Flowerscape groups are made up of five or more volunteers who complete landscaping tasks in a North Charleston public garden for at least three hours each month.

Each group gets their name on an attractive sign that is located in a visible area of the garden. Additionally, the names of our sponsors are listed on our social media outlets to include the KNCB webpage, Facebook, and Instagram. Flowerscape groups are eligible for contests, prizes, and other awards. These awards are designed to recognize outstanding efforts by Flowerscape groups. Most importantly Flowerscape volunteers make our community more beautiful!

KNCB staff will provide any training and supplies needed by your group. At least one person from your group must be able to attend a training session that will be scheduled during the week, Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 7am-4pm. Once the initial training is completed, your monthly workdays can be scheduled flexibly to fit your group’s schedule.
