Do you have a love and passion for dogs and want to get more involved in the rescue community all from the comforts of your own home? We are looking for foster coordinators to jump on board and help with our foster team!
Job Description - The foster coordinator works directly with our Foster director and helps secure fosters for incoming rescues or internal rescues. Reviews new foster applications, sets up brief phone calls with new foster to go over our foster program and is the primary point of contact for 2 - 4 fosters communicating with them for supplies needed, minor training and medical advice (don't worry, we've got a team to help you with these answers!) and vet visits. Also works directly with the adoption team to schedule meet and greets and provide intel on the dog for potential adopters.
* This is a remote position *
Ideal Qualifications (nothing is set in stone and we are more than happy to train in any of these areas)
- Attention to detail
- Organized work flow
- Google Drive savvy
- Knowledgable in basic data entry
- Communicate vet visit details to each foster
- Available to answer text/calls in real time (we work with your schedule and make fosters aware of it too)
- Daily commitment: 3+ hrs a day
- Weekly commitment: 4 - 5 days a week
- This is an unpaid volunteer position

You make what we do a possibility. Whether it’s donating your time, expertise, skills, heart, or home - every member of our community helps us save a dog and find them their furever family to live their best life.
