This position understands the capabilities of YouTube and TikTok as well as marketing / branding utilizing this platform. The Video Manager will work with the other Social Media teams to build this channel into more of a presence for SCGRR - promoting fundraising initiatives, dogs needing attention and our rescue efforts in general. We currently have a YouTube account today but do nothing on TikTok.
Skills required are marketing / branding, video editing and a willingness to dig in to self learn everything about YouTube and TikTok if not already known.
Requires commitment of an estimated 5-10 hours / wk.
Reporting is to the communications team.

Our mission is to rescue homeless Golden Retrievers, Golden mixes, and like breeds in Southern California from situations of abuse and neglect regardless of conditions or circumstances.
Description
Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue is the third largest Golden Retriever Rescue in the country and second-largest in the Western Region. Our dogs are placed in foster homes, temperament tested, socialized, and vetted prior to adoption. Our goal is to find the perfect home for each individual dog with the help of their personal representative.
