Our writers and artists create pieces of work to educate people about medicine while incorporating as many creative aspects as possible.


Creative Writer

  • Write short stories, poems, scripts, song lyrics, or any genre of creative writing
  • Can help artists come up with captions for their art

Artist

  • Draw, paint, watercolor, make any art you like! (Should relate to medicine/science in some way)
  • Can create art for creative writers’ pieces

Editor

  • Edit resources that creative writers write
  • Should be comfortable editing different genres of writing
  • Should be good at grammar and providing constructive criticism to writers

MedCreate is an international youth-led organization dedicated to merging the worlds of medicine and creativity. We promote empathy and imagination as well as foster a community of students who are enthusiastic about medicine and creativity through writing and art.

We're a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization made by students and for students. Some of our current programs include: classes and mentorship programs, production of works of writing and art, community bonding events, and chapter programs.
