For more than twenty years the Assistance League of Metro Columbus has provided meaningful community service.
Our members work constructing and delivering hygiene kits to homeless shelters, interact with seniors in residential settings and provide shoes and school supplies to students.
Our funds come from grants, partnerships, donations and various fundraising events throughout the year. In August a bake sale is being held at the Local Roots Restaurant in Powell.
New projects can be suggested by members and are considered for addition.
We partner with Westminster Thurber, Huckleberry House, VanBuren Shelter, the Homeless Families Foundation, the Open Shelter, and Emergency Rooms in hospitals in Central Ohio.
