We are searching for a competent and reliable general maintenance worker to help us with maintaining our facilities at our Cathedral Oaks Road location and SlingShot. You will perform building upkeep, repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and buildings, and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

The ideal candidate will be reliable and with a keen eye for detail. Candidates with experience and technical knowledge are preferred. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
  2. Perform minor fixes such as filling gaps on walls, repainting walls; minor plumbing;
  3. Do garden upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc.
  4. Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs;
  5. Perform vehicle fleet maintenance tasks such as carwash and vacuum.

Preferred Skills:
  1. Successful completion of an apprenticeship;
  2. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
