With the popularity of our classes, RSVP is always looking to train and certify new class leaders and instructors for ongoing and new classes. Bonebuilders is a year-round osteoporosis strengthening program, Walk With Ease is a six week walking program, and Aquatic Exercise is an eight week group class. The certification is a combination of online and in-person training. Instructors also manage the class participation requirements, class hours reporting and annual surveys. Inquire with the volunteer coordinator for more details on the different programs. All cleaning, screening and distancing protocols conform with the Vermont Dept. of Health.
