Colonial Pennsylvania Farmstead is a living history farm in Ridley Creek State Park, hosting about 10,000 visitors a year. We demonstrate life on an 18th century farm with many interactive activities. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Board of Directors. We are looking especially for individuals with experience in marketing, development, human resources and non-profit management. If you think you might be interested in serving a local non-profit historic living farm museum site with nearly a fifty year history of educating our community, email us at office@colonialfarmstead.org or give our office a call at 610-566-1725.

About COLONIAL PENNSYLVANIA FARMSTEAD
Location:

Mission Statement
At the Colonial Pennsylvania Farmstead, we strive to present a typical Pennsylvania farm from the period 1760-1790. To accomplish this, we rely on primary documents detailing both the history of our particular site but also similar farms in southeastern Pennsylvania. Although we do not interpret our farm as the "Pratt Farm," we have been able to use the actual records of our site to shape how we interpret colonial farm life.
Description
We are a living history farm from the 1700s. We welcome volunteers for interpretation, board development and teaching. We teach volunteers how to perform 18th century skills that they use for interpretation of farm life to the public.
