Looking for experienced sound bowl musicians.
Sound bowls assist the patients to relax and to become more peaceful and less fearful. The sound vibrations cause the soul to remember it’s ability to move freely with or without the body it has belonged to in this life.
Come provide a relaxing experience for our Hospice patients and family members.
***Patients can tolerate up to 30 minutes per day of sound massage.

Volunteers are an integral part of the AccentCare (formerly Texas Home Health Hospice) team, providing compassion and care when it is needed most. As the heart and hands of the hospice team, they provide a special kind of caring to patients, families, and staff through helping to make the hospice experience manageable and rewarding.
Men, women, and young people of all ages and backgrounds can volunteer in a variety of roles.
Volunteer as:
- Patient/Family Care Volunteer
- Office/Administrative Volunteer
- Pet Therapy Volunteer
- Bereavement Volunteer
- Veteran Volunteer
- Reiki Volunteer
- Music Therapy Volunteer
ALL POTENTIAL VOLUNTEERS MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. *** ALL POTENTIAL VOLUNTEERS MUST UNDERGO A BACKGROUND CHECK, TAKE A TB TEST, DRUG TESTING AND ORIENTATION/TRAINING PRIOR TO START***
