This newly added program will provide memory books for patient and families. It could be a book of recipes, pictures, or stories. Whatever the family chooses.

We will utilize an online platform so you must have access to the internet. It will also require you to call the families to discuss. This doesn’t require in-person contact, which is appropriate for COVID precautions.

At the end they will have a treasure to cherish for years to come!

Mission Statement

Freedom Hospice "Large enough to serve, small enough to care." Hospice is a philosophy of care. The hospice philosophy accepts death as the final stage of life. Our agency provides supportive, compassionate palliative care given at the end of life. Our goal is that our patients live their last days with dignity and quality of life by managing pain and symptoms while surrounded by their loved ones.
