Would you like to make a real difference by putting healthy food on the plates of hungry school children all over the Austin area? Are you also King of the Road? We have your perfect opportunity.
You will be packing and driving one of our Hungry Souls vans to drop off packed bags of staples and packed cooler bags or coolers to Austin area schools. At the school, bags will need to be unloaded and delivered to the designated school staff. Some shifts will include a trip to a local HEB to pick up grocery orders. Those will need to be loaded into the van and unloaded back at the Hungry Souls pantry. You will have one delivery assistant every shift.
Drivers must be 21 years of age and able to provide a valid TxDL as well as a clean driving record. Lifting 25+ lb. is required.
Our client list is growing, and this particular position is urgently needed.
