The purpose of the volunteer Park Steward program is to provide essential support for the mission of the Parks, Recreation & Open Space (PROS) Department. This program exists to strengthen the Stewards connection to nature and community through meaningful work and learning opportunities.

Park Stewards perform tasks such as litter collection, and light weeding while also reporting any safety or maintenance concerns at their selected park.

Great opportunity for individuals, families, businesses, or other community groups to adopt one of the many parks in the City of Aurora.
