We are looking for some eager volunteers to help us facilitate the Inaugural Bags, Bites and Brews Cornhole Tournament from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 24, at the Hanford Civic Auditorium. The event will benefit United Cerebral Palsy Central California's Children's Programs. We are in need of 16 volunteers for shifts from event setup to registration to raffle ticket sales to event cleanup. Visit https://signup.com/go/xXXjwOv to sign up for a shift. Attire will be black shirts and pants or shorts. Food and beverages will be provided. Mission Statement
UCPCC provides programs for more than 1,100 children and adults, along with their families, with a broad range of disabilities including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, traumatic brain injuries and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have grown to include 9 programs for children and adults, each designed to fulfill our mission to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. We serve seven counties in Central California including Merced, Madera, Mariposa, Fresno, Kings, Kern, and Tulare counties.
Description
We have several events throughout the year that we require volunteers for. We also accept volunteers at a week-long camp we put on in the summer.
