The Encore Fellowships Network

Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those US citizens, typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellowships include a $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours of work, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.

San Francisco Bay Area candidates only

For a San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit focused on education in under-served communities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of finance and accounting including cash flow, payroll, compliance, audits, grants reporting, and budgeting.

Stipend : $25K for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension

Work Schedule : 20 hours a week for 12 months.

Work Location : 100% REMOTE

San Francisco Bay Area candidates preferred. Qualified candidates anywhere in the US will be considered.
