Our Blood Services Donor Ambassadors ensure that blood donors have a pleasant and fulfilling experience, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Whether you’re greeting donors, answering questions, taking temperatures, or thanking them for their donation, your courtesy and professionalism will create a favorable impression that encourages ongoing donor support.
Applicants must be 16 years or older and available for at least 1 shift per month.

Every single day, the American Red Cross helps people in emergencies. It is through the time and care of ordinary people that we can do extraordinary things. We operate the largest food pantry in New England, we empower volunteers as leaders of the organization, we offer training and support. Whether it is standing with a family on the sidewalk at a house fire to offer comfort and care or it is contacting someone in the armed services who has a new baby, the Red Cross is a gentle presence of compassion and assistance.
