We are in need of volunteer workers to help repair, maintain, and build new enclosures for the big cats. We have all types of general maintenance, yard maintenance, painting, computer, accounting work, and hundreds of other jobs. We also need help answering the phones during daytime hours

We are in need of people who can help us at The Catty Shack Thrift Store. All proceeds from our Thrift Store help us purchase the 500+ pounds of meat needed daily to feed these beautiful animals.

Everything from publicity/advertising to administrative work and manual labor is needed at the Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary.

Any and all help is much needed.

About The Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary

Mission Statement

Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. "Our mission is to provide a safe, loving, forever home for endangered big cats, and to educate the public about their plight in the wild and captivity". Our primary focus is in the rescue of cats from serious situations. Once an animal is taken in at Catty Shack Ranch, they have a loving, forever home for life. We do not breed, sell, or trade any of our animals. Our current residents include tigers, lions, cougars, leopards, bobcats, arctic foxes, and coatimundis (the last two are "honorary cats").

The Catty Shack Ranch is dedicated the rescue and care of big cats. We provide sanctuary to cats confiscated by the state for illegal ownership, improper enclosures or maltreatment. We also educate the public to discourage illegal, private ownership. Wild animals, especially big cats, do not make good "house" pets.
