SterlingFest Needs You!

SterlingFest is a yearly festival held in October, hosted by the Sterling Foundation to foster community inclusiveness and celebrate the best of Sterling. Each year we bring together businesses, restaurants, civic organizations, and local artisans to interact with our neighbors for a day of fun and festivity.

SterlingFest is planned, organized, and hosted by a 100% volunteer staff.

Set-Up Crew

For the first shift approximately 7:30am-10:30am we will need people to help set-up and assist the vendors as they located their spots and unload.

Prior to the shift we will share some maps and ask that the volunteers familiarize themselves with the layout of the festival and the logistics of the set-up.

  • Setting up signs, tables and chairs
  • Setting up cones
  • Assisting the vendors unload their vehicle and sharing information with the vendors

We hope you’ll consider contributing your unique talents to SterlingFest. To learn more, please email us at We can’t wait to hear from you!
