Are you already a member of other associations and groups? We are seeking a board member who is outgoing and able to network with groups around Chittenden County to help us get the word out about our program and the impact we make, one free home repair at a time.
We'd also like a board member for fund raising so that we have funding to purchase materials for the free home repairs we offer.
Board meetings are held virtually at 7:30 a.m. on the third Wednesday of each month - easy and you don't even need to take time off to join us!

Description
Since 1994, Rebuilding Together Greater Burlington (formerly known as Christmas in April) has repaired and maintained countless homes in Chittenden County for low income homeowners who meet our criteria all at no cost to homeowners. Projects include new energy efficient windows and doors, roofs, siding repair, deck and porch repairs, interior and exterior handrail installation, smoke detectors, plumbing repairs etc. etc. We are an all volunteer organization which means that aside from very low overhead costs, our funding we receive goes directly into material purchases.
