Steps Today Changes Tomorrow, a nonprofit organization focusing on improving the lives of members of the community through training and development, has an excellent opportunity for volunteers to help support our cause.
Our services are free of charge and offers resume support, interview readiness, presentation skills development, Microsoft Office training and career coaching and mentoring to name a few.
Our services are geared towards the underprivileged, economically disadvantaged, youths, the disabled and everyone needing support to gain the necessary skill set.
We need your support in training, developing, leading and guiding each individual to become their best version.
We need support in teaching/guiding in creating resume, guidance on interviews including mock interviews, hiring managers expectations and if you are experienced with Microsoft Office- we need you.
Volunteers are key to our success and the community as the services we offer, does have a cost and a cost that not everyone can afford.

Steps Today Changes Tomorrow is a nonprofit organization formed in August 2020 during the height of COVID-19. We recognized the need of offering services free of charge to the community that can develop and enhance their skill sets and thus create a change- an improved change in their lives.
Our services are free of charge and includes:
- Resume support
- Interview readiness
- Presentation skills development
- Career coaching and mentoring
- Microsoft Office training
- College essay support
- Basic computer training
- Industry seminars
What sets us apart, is the simple idea of "teaching a man to fish" where each person gets the opportunity of learning lifelong skills. They become better by knowing and hence by doing. We want to give each person the tool- hence the opportunity to actively play a role in contributing to his or her development.
We are also focusing on the youths in our community who may not be college-bound. Being college-bound and taking the time to now prepare them to enter the workplace by being skilled, speaks to the growth individually and collectively. With this focus, we are advancing a better future, today.
Therefore, we need you, the volunteers to support us in this endeavor. Your support is critical in making positive changes in the community, one individual at a time.
