Join K9 Youth Alliance's Board of Directors and help young people form under-resourced communities and abandoned dogs.

We are a small, grassroots nonprofit looking to grow our programs and strengthen our capacity to serve. Our mission is to enrich the lives of young people from under resourced communities while they help prepare abandoned dogs for permanent homes. K9 Youth Alliance aims to facilitate real change for the students and dogs we serve through self-discovery, education, personal growth and advocacy.

We are currently recruiting board members with experience in: nonprofit development, marketing (including social media), philanthropic networking and fundraising.

The ideal board candidate is self-motivated and ready to get to work and be actively involved. Board members agree to an annual financial give, actively participate in all fundraising activities and volunteering in one of our 3-week programs each year working directly with a student/dog team.
