Colton Public Library's Advance to Literacy program helps adults with basic reading and writing. Language skills are essential for professional success, a goal of many adult students in our program.
We are seeking volunteer tutors to meet with adult students 2-4 hours per week for six months.
No prior experience in tutoring is necessary. The library provides all tutoring materials at no cost.
Tutors and students meet at a time that suits their schedules.
