Are you passionate about supporting homeless parents with children to leave poverty? Are you a gifted teacher that loves sharing your knowledge with others? Do you know how to drive stick? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!

It is a great opportunity to alleviate transportation insecurity for a family in need. This parent will be able to drive to work, pick up her children, go to doctors appointments, and more once she is confident in her skills again.

We are seeking an adult over 21 to lead a few in-car refresher sessions for one of our adult clients who is back behind the wheel after a few years of not driving stick. These sessions would take place on and around Homestretch property.

Applicants must complete and submit a background check for review prior to being assigned this role. Applicants must have a valid drivers license.

If interested please email us directly at: blarson-jackson@homestretchva.org
