accesSOS is seeking donor and/or fundraising specialists with experience (or interest in developing research skills) to help expand and drive long-term donor cultivation and aid in implementing a comprehensive, metrics-driven annual giving plan.
What we are looking for:
- ~2-4 hours per week commitment (with flexibility and variation based on your schedule)
- Familiarity with online research using multiple resources to find prospective donors
- A good writing voice and experience drafting cold emails is a plus
- Business mindset is a plus
- Connections to members of the community
- Mentorship
- Awesome teammates!
We accept anyone of any cultural and professional background. We also encourage people of the BIPOC and disabled community to apply. Those with social services knowledge or a passion for crisis or mental health intervention services are also welcome!

for those who cannot call 911 (deaf, hard of hearing, speech disabilities, domestic violence survivors, etc.).
37 million Americans can't hear or speak out loud, but only 30% of 911 centers can receive texts.
We were founded in 2019 in San Francisco in response to ensure communication access for all.
