About CENTRALLY HUMAN INC

Location:

65 W JACKSON BLVD, Suite 116, CHICAGO, IL 60604, US

Mission Statement

Centrally Human Inc is a non-profit that invests in the teenage youth, specifically those who have been the most disenfranchised and victimized by our systems, to see themselves as courageous and brilliant young people and be empowered to create real and measurable change through Inclusive Innovation programming.

Description

Knowing the "why" is critical to any company. We were born to connect human empowerment with next generation business innovation. Inclusion is intrinsically connected to business innovation, and we need to weave that together and break down the silos to really drive growth and change. We live in that space. We challenge every individual to do the same.

To make real change, teenagers need to understand the game and rules to change them. With Centrally Human, we empower youth to understand history and facts of our nation’s modern design, the rules and constraints that prevent change, and - most importantly - how to develop their own personalized action plan to bring the Inclusive Innovation thinking and real change into every relevant part of life.

We work directly with teens as well as non-profit partners to teach Inclusive Innovation. We've trained hundreds of teenagers and young adults, resulting in empowered communities, individual plans and growth in confidence for tomorrow's leaders. In our facilitator training, we employ the train-the-trainer model to ensure we work with successful non-profit partners to support their mission empowered by our curriculum.
