Are you an organized, motivated, self-starting professional woman who cares deeply about the needs of marginalized women and children in your community? Are you a strong communicator who relishes working in the details?

WGIRLS INC is looking for a Chief of Staff to our President to help drive operational goals across our national community of professional female volunteers.

WGIRLS INC is a diverse network of accomplished professional women who share a desire to strengthen their communities via the support and empowerment of women and children. Through volunteerism and fundraising initiatives WGIRLS creates reverberating change in the lives and communities it serves.

The Chief of Staff will:


Work closely with the WGIRLS INC Founder and the board to support the national organization's operational goals:

Set the agenda and facilitate national board meetings

Work closely with chapter level presidents to field operational challenges

Assist in shaping strategy to further expand WGIRLS nationally

The right woman for this role possesses a solid mix of organizational/operational skills mixed with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fluid environment with little oversight.

Board positions require on average 3-5 hours of work per week
