At the 'Army of Saints', we are looking for a Fundraising Manager: an individual who would be organizing campaigns and visiting fundraising events in order to collect donations for the organization.

We are interested in individuals with the following skill set:

• Someone who can research prospective donors
• Identify and contact potential donors
• Use online platforms to raise donations
• Organize campaigns or events to solicit donations
• Can maintain records of donor information
• Ensure that all legal reporting requirements are satisfied
• Plan and oversee campaign events to raise money, ensure campaigns are effective by researching potential donors and examining records of donors (on the website) who have given in the past
• May be open to travel to locations where fundraising events are being held (Charity runs, walks, galas, dinners)

Qualifications:

Preference shall be given to a candidate that has studied one of the following subjects: Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, English or Business. Other experiences may include: Internships, any paid positions as a fundraiser.

After a probation period of 6 months, the fundraiser candidate will be moved to a managerial position. Managerial position pay scale will also increase.

Personality and Interests:

• Fundraisers typically have an interest in Creating, Persuading and Organizing
• Fundraisers are original and imaginative, and have a knack for working with artistic media
• They are focused on influencing, motivating and selling to other people
• They are focused on working with information and processes, in order to keep things arranged in an orderly fashion
