At Lids of Encouragement, we are looking for a Social Media Executive who will be able to devise and run social media for the organization.

We are looking for fresh graduates with the following skill set:

• Someone with a knack for following daily hashtags, trends on all social media platforms (Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram and discussion forums across these mediums)
• Overseeing all campaigns that are being run under Lids of Encouragement
• Ensuring that the brand 'language’ and 'styling’ is consistent across all platforms
• Creating actionable strategies for social media [for growth, maintaining members through platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube]
• Developing engaging content for regularly scheduled posts that promote brand-focused messages and communicate LOE’s mission to the target audiences
• Coordinating with other nonprofits and organizations to expand mission and brand awareness, goal objectives and long-term strategies

Through volunteering as a Social Media Executive at Lids of Encouragement, you can impact your local community by gaining hands-on experience with a nonprofit, which helps expand your network as well as builds your impact toolbox.

Further, the Social Media Executive will also be responsible for leading by example; including copywriters, content creators, fundraisers and the volunteer team as a whole.

Our website also needs a trust-worthy, organized and tech-savvy web person to keep everything updated for better SEO rankings. We are an all-volunteer organization, with current volunteers working at a part-time basis. Our global family is expanding as we reach to places internationally and have remote volunteers working towards uplifting our cause in their respective countries.
