Content Creation Volunteer
Support Son Care Foundation, Inc. programs: Thousand Hills Pet Resort (THPR), New Life K9s (NLK9s), Mission Cars, Gentle Touch Pet Training, and Alpha Academy. Your role will be to assist the Marketing Coordinator with various marketing tasks.
- Produce materials for distribution through social media platforms, our websites, and email.
- Write and edit monthly newsletters
- Produce and edit content for regular website updates
- Monthly Dog Updates
- Take photos/videos for content as needed
- Communicate the vision and mission of Son Care Foundation through media to current and future supporters in order to gain and maintain support.
Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements
Experience with content creation required. Able to navigate Google Drive, task management programs, and online database management. Strong organizational skills. Experience with nonprofits is a plus.
Additional Notes
- We are looking for a candidate who can commit to around 4-8 hours of volunteer week per week. Some of these hours could be completed remotely.
- Schedule is flexible, a minimum of 2 hours needs to be during open business hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
