If you live in Maryland, DC or Virginia, enjoy cycling, and are passionate about raising funds and awareness to support the research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association, please join the Ride to End ALZ National Capital Area Planning Committee. The Alzheimer’s Association recently announced that a premier Ride to End ALZ cycling event is coming to the DC Area in the spring of 2022! We need your help!
The Ride to End ALZ is a fully supported, one-day fundraising event for all levels of cyclists with multiple route options from 20-100 miles that will challenge you to go the distance to fight Alzheimer’s and all other dementias. The funds raised by the event go 100% to research.
We are looking for volunteers interested in helping us plan, promote and grow the ride. There are volunteer opportunities in marketing, recruitment, fundraising and logistics, working with a great group of passionate volunteers and expert staffers.
Please join us today! Our kickoff meeting will be September 9th. To learn more please reply to this post, visit alz.org/ride or email/call volunteer Carol Stone at firstname.lastname@example.org or 703.919.3361.
