District Reign Football Club is looking for energetic and passionate individuals to help
us build brand awareness through video production and editing. Internships are
available Spring, Summer and Fall 2021.
This position is responsible for creating audio visual content and documentation. This
position is essential to the functioning of the digital presence of District Reign FC and
will work closely with the Executive Director and Director of Marketing and
Development.

Terms, Hours, and Compensation:
● June 2021- December 2021 (may begin in May 2021)
● This position can expect to work approximately 10-15 hours per week
● This is an unpaid position
● Ability to work weekends and holidays
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
● Attend events and photoshoots
● Organize shoots and coordinate logistics
● Capture content via film and photography
● Quickly edit content for social media distribution
● Research social media content ideas
● Assist in conceptualizing and producing photo content for social media
● Assist with the organization of all internal and external photography
● Help produce photos for features, marketing material, gameday content, and
sponsored content
● Assist team photographer in maintaining and overseeing digital photo archiving
system. Work with the photographer to ensure the photo archiving system is the
primary resource for all marketing and sponsorship photo assets.
● Photograph game days to create content for social media and sponsorship

● Highly motivated, self-directed, and professional
● Desire and ability to work with diverse populations
● Positive work attitude and ethics
● Highly developed organizational skills; proven ability to stay on task and follow through
on assignments
● Familiar with Adobe Suite, Drupal, Canva, and other design and web software programs
● Photography and video editing experience
● Flexible and detail-oriented
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Community service experience preferred but is not required
● Enthusiastic, creative, hard-working, organized and outgoing
● Experience in Film/Video, Photography, Editing, and pre/post-production
● Experience in organizing shoots and coordinating logistics is a plus.
● Tik Tok and/or Sports experience is a HUGE bonus!!!
● Strong communication skills
● Able to work in a team environment
● Must be a self-starter
● Must be well organized with an eye for detail
● Must be able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
● Local market knowledge is a plus
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Must include professional reel or portfolio to be considered
● Advanced skills in Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop or similar software
● Some knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop, not necessary but preferred
● Use of own laptop and camera equipment
● Able to receive constructive criticism
● Understanding of creative process and willingness to collaborate with marketing
team members
