Our residents are stiff! They have been isolated for over a year and need some added movement and stress relief.
Yoga instructor looking for volunteer 1 or 1 1/2 hours per week assisting elderly population with chair yoga. Small groups of 10-12 of more active nursing home/rehab residents could utilize your expertise.
You pick the day and time that you can fit us into your schedule. Activity schedules done a month in advance.
Come join us in helping our population overcome COVID. All parties must wear masks and we social distance for everyone's safety. Vaccination helpful but we rapid test for free if not.

Volunteers in Partnership supports the residents and residents council at Elderwood at Williamsville. Operation of the gift shop and volunteer administration. All fund raising and proceeds from gift shop supports activities and special events of the residents.
