About ACCESSOS

Location:

1012 Torney Avenue, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94129, US

Mission Statement

To make emergency help accessible for all

Description

We advocate and create technology that bridges the gap in accessing emergency help. We do this by bridging the gap between those who cannot call 911 (deaf, hard of hearing, speech disabilities, domestic violence survivors, etc.) and emergency call centers with our text-to-911 web application.

37 million Americans can't hear or speak out loud leaving them vulnerable to not being able to contact 911 directly during an emergency. We were founded in 2019 in San Francisco in response to ensure communication access for all.

Please visit AccesSOS.io for detailed info on our goals, our people, and what you can do to help. Please feel free to contact us at hello@accessos.io or donate@https://donorbox.org/911textapp-nationwide. Please spread the word with your social media. Help us, help you.
