This work is crucial to our commitment to provide up-to-date information for families and individuals that need community resources.

As a Community Resource Volunteer you will:

• Conduct online research to verify and update existing resources.

• Use Salesforce to make edits directly to existing resources in our database.

• Compile data into a user-friendly excel spreadsheet.

• Use Salesforce to communicate with the Volunteer team and stay informed on Volunteer program updates.

• Attend a monthly virtual meeting to discuss volunteer work, hear updates, and any special announcements.

Time Commitment: 5-15 hours a week (or updating a minimum of 20 resources per week), for 3-6 months.

Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer and data entry. Have access to a computer. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently. Good computer and typing skills. Strong proofreading skills.

Training: An introduction & orientation call will be set up with a member of our team. Detailed instructions, training videos, one-on-one virtual support (Slack, email, conference calls) and thoughtful feedback will be given along the way.
