REQUIREMENTS

  • Driver's License Needed
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • 1 patient 1 hour per week. You can request more patients if you would like but 1 patient to visit 1x per week is fairly standard. We match to your goals and desires.
  • Must provide a current drivers license, current car insurance, drug testing, TB testing & Background Check & go through a Training Class (all provided for free) *Must be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated*
