The ITAC (Illinois Telecommunications Access Corp.) Program Volunteer position will assist ITAC clients testing the amplified phones, cell phone amplifiers and CapTel phones and assist with outreach events to help promote ITAC. Volunteers will receive complete hands-on training with the equipment and learn how the program works. Volunteers must be comfortable talking and working with people who are Hard of Hearing.
