Colton Public Library's Advance to Literacy program helps adults with basic reading and writing. Many students in our program are working towards earning GED's or better jobs. Volunteers in this program meet with students 2-4 hours per week for six months, at a time that is convenient for both of them.
All study materials are provided by the library at no cost.
No tutoring experience is necessary.
This is an opportunity to help the many students who "fell through the cracks" to become the achievers they always knew they could be.
Literacy changes lives. Colton Public Library invites you to help adult succeed!
