ORGANIZATION: Raise a Child of the Carolinas

Raise a Child of the Carolinas (the RACC) is a 501 c3 non-profit organization focused on exposing youth to educational opportunities that are underrepresented in their communities, thus inspiring them to reach their full potential. The RACC organization was started in 2018 and provides local children with tutoring, seasonal camps and family programs and offers English as a Second Language programs as well. Throughout the pandemic, the RACC has also partnered with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools to offer in-person education solutions to supplement the remote learning process.

Responsibilities Include:
* Maintain and enhance Raise a Child of the Carolinas website
* Update website to advertise for upcoming events
* Partner with Executive Director and marketing/social media partners to align content and messaging
* Utilize analytics to track site visits and trends

Requirements Include:
* Passionate about digital marketing and graphic design
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
* Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
* Content writing experience for all media platforms
* Strategic and creative mindset
* Meticulous attention to detail
