Cat fosters needed! Temporary and permanent

ORGANIZATION: Copper's Cat Commune

We are looking for loving homes to take in adoptable and non-adoptable cats.

The adoptable cats would be fostered only until they got adopted or sent to another rescue group to be adopted.

The non-adoptable cats are part of a program we call Forever Fosters. With a Forever Foster, you provide food, litter, toys, and love, we provide all medical care, and the foster stays with you indefinitely. You get a cat to love, the cat gets their very own home, and you don't have to ever worry about any medical expenses. This is a program we hope to get a few fosters involved in. It is great for anyone who may want a cat but is concerned about the expense. Or who may want a cat but wants to try it out first. This is a perfect opportunity for a senior to have a cat! We will take them back if it doesn't work out, of course!

About Copper's Cat Commune

Location:

Mission Statement

Coppers Cat Commune is dedicated to the lifetime care of a limited population of ill, disabled, immune compromised, senior, or otherwise adoption challenged cats. We also provide adoption services for a limited number of adoptable cats.

Description

Copper's Cat Commune was started by Mimi Baker with the help of her husband Matt, two people with a real passion for cats. We believe that every cat deserves a chance at a happy life, regardless of the hand life has dealt them. That is what we are here to do. We provide a safe place for those with nowhere else to go. We work with paraplegic cats, fecal incontinent cats, senior cats, basically cats that no one else wants or has the capability to handle. All of our cats are available for adoption if someone truly wants to undertake the level of care that some of our cats need, but we plan to give them a home for life.

Our cats have both indoor and safe outdoor access. We have cat enclosures around the property. We have many feral cats as well that have there own enclosures and shelters. Our goal is to ensure that our cats are as happy as they can be. That is the whole purpose of living life.
