Event Committee Members Needed - Bone Bash Event (Nashville)

The Arthritis Foundation - Tennessee's annual Bone Bash event raises awareness about the prevalence and seriousness of arthritis and critical funds to support our mission of conquering arthritis. Funds raised are invested in research and advocacy efforts as well as education programs and support for the 54 million Americans - adults and children - living with arthritis. The Bone Bash brings together Nashville's medical and business stakeholders, as well as patients and families, for an evening of fine dining, a brief awards program and auction all in the name of finding a cure for arthritis.

We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our 2021 Bone Bash Committee. Volunteer committee members partner with the event Chair and staff to ensure that the event meets its financial and community engagement goals. Committee member's responsibilities may include:

• Attending regular committee meetings
• Soliciting sponsorships and auction donations
• Assisting with marketing the event to local business, corporations and healthcare providers
• Sharing the mission of the Arthritis Foundation

The ideal people would be willing to commit several hours each month between now and the event which will be held in October 2021.
